District 5810 Governor Regina Edwards spoke to Prestonwood about her coming year. Her focus is International Projects and she went on to explain the upcoming Cruise in January that will bring educational books, school supplies, and sporting equipment to the children of Cozumel and Costa Maya. Her emphasis on International Projects has been a long time focus for her.
