Proceeds from the Flag Program go to the Prestonwood Rotary Foundation in support of various projects, including Prestonwood Elementary School, Challenge Air for Kids, opportunities to alleviate hunger, such as Tango Charities, Feed the Starving Children, and local food pantries, as well as projects to provide save clean water and sanitation for children and their families.

What do we do?
- Provide and maintain the flag. The flags remain the property of The Rotary Club of Prestonwood.
- Install a plastic sleeve with a cap in the ground near your front curb and mark the curb for the flag positions.
- On each of the listed Flag holidays, deliver a 3’ x 5’ U. S. flag mounted on a 10-foot metal pole and place in the plastic sleeve. We partner with scout troops to deliver and pickup flags. They have some flexibility for consideration of school schedules, scout events, weather, etc.
- Remove the flag, return it to storage and provide maintenance as required. Our timeframe to deliver flags is 2-3 days before the holiday and pickup 2-3 days after the holiday. This may vary based on the day of the week for the holiday, weather, etc.
- Our intent is that you have the flag for about 5-6 days for each holiday. We may delay picking up flags because of weather to avoid putting wet flags into storage.

- Reserve a flag by filling out the information below.
- Expect to see us (within a week of) before the next flag day to drill and place the plastic sleeve.
- Enjoy the flag waving in your front yard!
