151st Kentucky Derby

G.W. Hail will present his annual Kentucky Derby Handicapping Presentation on Wednesday, April 30. This will be the 11th year he has spoken to our club. A Dallas resident of 29 years, he worked at Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie for 18 years and was part of the original executive team that successfully opened the track in 1997 and secured the Breeders’ Cup World Thoroughbred Championships in 2004. He also served as Senior V.P., Membership and Revenue Growth with the Dallas Regional Chamber.
G.W. has attended two Kentucky Derbies in Louisville (1994 & 2014) and will present his time-tested angles to select the horses who
have the best chance at winning this year’s race.
G.W. resides in Dallas with his wife Mindy and daughter Lucy.”
